A Journey of Expertise 

Simon graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science in 1995, marking the start of a career built on curiosity and dedication. While travelling across Southeast Asia, Simon studied Reflexology in Penang, Malaysia, mastering the Taiwanese “Rho Shur” technique, known for its deep, therapeutic treatment. Returning to the UK, he obtained formal qualifications in reflexology and massage to further enrich his holistic understanding of the human body, particularly the impact of stress. 

Simon’s expertise was honed while managing private fitness clubs for celebrity trainer Matt Roberts in London’s iconic Kensington and Mayfair districts. He later ventured solo in 2004, establishing himself as a highly sought-after freelance personal trainer at the Metropolitan Hotel in Mayfair. 

Pioneering Wellness Solutions 

When the pandemic disrupted in-person services, Simon adapted by launching online coaching sessions, leveraging his extensive experience. Today, he balances his work between in-person sessions twice a week in London and remote coaching from his home base in Southsea, Portsmouth. 

Simon’s dedication extends beyond personal training. He has completed five London marathons and several triathlons. His community involvement includes leading social cycling events as a ride captain for Sigma Sports and pioneering men’s mental health group training sessions in Portsmouth through the RioWay community.
